1020 litre plastic grit bin for large-site de-icing salt and grit storage The 1020 litre Plastic Grit Bin is the largest in our range, giving local authorities and large commercial sites weatherproof, ready-to-use storage for de-icing salt and grit. Moulded from UV-stabilised polyethylene, it has a hinged, angled lid that sheds rainwater and stops snow settling on top, plus forklift channels in the base so a full bin can be repositioned without emptying it first. Key features 1018 litre capacity - the largest grit bin in the range, suited to bigger sites or multiple gritting routes. UV-stabilised polyethylene - resists fading and corrosion left outdoors all year round. Hinged, angled lid embossed GRIT - sheds rainwater and keeps snow off the contents.
