F65 is a product with low fluidity, which allows you to pour it into poorly positioned parts. The final impression is Semi-Flexible (hardness 65 Shore A), and inelastic. It can hardly be deformed when demoulded, and should therefore not be used in complex shapes. The impression of this plastiform only accepts a 5% Extraction Stress. The F65 is specifically designed to create custom savings, plugs or masking joints. It is a very good product to use to protect certain parts of a part during surface treatment: Sandblasting, shot blasting, Chemical treatment, Heat treatment, Polishing, Anodizing, Chrome plating. It is possible to cut the F65 with the Double Blade Cutter to obtain cross sections of your replicas and study them more easily.
