This additive enables plastisol to behave like discharge ink, allowing for brighter, softer prints on cotton garments. It also eliminates the need for an underbase on dark clothes, letting you print once without flashing or changing colors—saving time and streamlining production. IMPORTANT NOTE: To Discharge Plastisol Ink, you must use Plastisol Discharge Additive and Discharge Activator. Directions for Use Mixing Combine Plastisol Discharge Additive and plastisol ink at a 1:1 ratio (50/50). Stir until smooth and consistent. Avoid high-speed mixing to prevent premature curing. Activation Add 3–6% Discharge Activator by weight to the mixture. Stir until fully dissolved. Only mix what you need for current production (pot life up to 24 hours). Printing Print wet-on-wet with firm squeegee pressure to drive ink into the fabric. Curing Cure at 320°F (160°C) for at least 90 seconds. Proper curing is essential for discharge activation and maximum color brilliance. Recommended Setup Mesh Count: 110–160 Use a water-resistant emulsion Storage & Handling Store in a cool, dry area.
