Description The Teekay Plastock Adaptor Couplings are designed to permanently connect plastic pipe lengths to metal pipes with speed and ease without the need for glueing, grooving, threading or welding. They incorporate the Teekay multiple seal gasket which is constructed with three anchor rings at staggered heights. This ensures all three rings are in contact with the pipe wall and allows for the dynamic locking of the pipe, permanently holding the two pipes together. These couplings are suitable for use with plastic pipe materials including PVC-U, PVC-C, ABS, polyethylene, polypropylene and polybutylene, and metal pipe including carbon steel, stainless steel, copper and copper nickel.
