Careful definition of the vintage date, which was followed by the vinification process on open spout, preceded by a static decantation of the must for 48 hours. The fermentation to ok place at a controlled temperature of 18 / 19ºC. Fermented and aged in French Oak for 6 months. Citrine yellow color with slightly greenish, young and clean appearance. On the nose, after a slightly closed start, it shows, with elegance, notes of citrus fruit, fresh lime, light floral and very well connected barrel notes.
