This is a rugged outer garment that can be comfortably worn over a t-shirt, field / combat shirt, fleece, slim puff jacket etc. in warm, cold, wet, dry, hot environments. Smocks for the most part aren’t overly warm, they’re not generally waterproof and due to the amount of fabric involved would not be considered ‘lightweight’... But they are definitely extremely tough and can carry a tonne of gear comfortably. Smocks are a clothing item for the refined gunfighter who appreciates the finer things in life and understands the deep history of such glorious garments.
