Turn your existing pulley setup into a smoother, more stable plate-loaded cable system. The Bridge BUILT Plate Coaster 2.0 is designed to add plate-loaded resistance to your rack-m ounted pulley system without tools, complicated setup, or wasted floor space. Simply attach the Plate Coaster to your 3x3” or 2x3" rack or rig upright, load your plates, connect your cable, and get to work. Unlike traditional loading pin pulley systems that can swing, sway, and shift during training, the Plate Coaster uses your rack upright as a vertical guide. That means smoother movement, better control, and a more stable feel through every rep. Whether you’re training lat pulldowns, low rows, curls, triceps, cable flys, belt squat variations, or accessory work, the Plate Coaster 2.0 helps you get more out of your pulley system while keeping your setup compact, clean, and easy to use. No tools. No bulky standalone machine. No swinging loading pin. Just a smarter way to add plate-loaded cable training to your rack. No pulley brackets? No problem.
