The Exigo Pendulum Squat is a specialist plate loaded machine that effectively develops the legs – including the quads, hamstrings, and glutes. The movement replicates the squat bu t with a larger range of motion while also alleviating stress on the back. It features an adjustable stop position along with a counterweight arm to assist the user if necessary. Stainless steel anti-slip footplates and rubber ribbed side handles provide additional support and stability during exercise.
