This service transfers a customer-specified fluorescent plate-reader assay onto Ginkgo automation and generates the data package the customer needs to evaluate whether the assay sa tisfies their acceptance criteria. Ginkgo executes one method-development iteration and one qualification run in 96-well format, running the assay alongside a standard curve and positive and negative controls. The workflow is strictly Mix → Incubate → Read, supporting up to 4 reagent additions, a single incubation condition, and one fluorescence read across endpoint or kinetic modes (≤1 hour).
