Cat Cora (HIC) These offset plating tongs deliver superior control for precision plating, garnishing, serving, and finishing dishes with finesse. Made from stainless steel, the off set design offers added visibility and control while reaching around delicate components, making them ideal for retrieving and placing capers, or adding microgreens and edible flowers. The micro-serrated finger grip and grooved tips grasp ingredients gently and securely to avoid slippage or damage, whether placing caviar, pine nuts, herbs, thinly sliced or diced vegetables, cake decorations, or sushi. A built-in spring action ensures quick reopening after each squeeze, while the balanced design offers a comfortable grip during extended use.
