(Order number is fine) Send us images of your damaged kit (we may require further proof of the actual crash, time, location, hospital reports, etc. these will strengthen your claim.) The replacement will be the same as the original, or the nearest equivalent. International postage costs incurred to ship the replacement product will have to be covered by the person making the claim. In line with our commitment to sustainability, we may request the damaged item back for recycling or reuse, aligning with our company's environmental policies. We assess each claim carefully, ensuring that only genuine claims are considered (our determination of claim authenticity is final).
