When you purchase a Playermaker Individual (PMI) system, you’re agreeing to a membership that includes both the physical device and an active subscription to the Playermaker App and services. Access to the Playermaker App (downloadable from the App Store or Google Play) is included, and full functionality begins once your subscription is active. You’ll choose a subscription plan during initial account registration and setup, and fees will depend on the plan selected. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable (except where required by law). Subscription fees are exclusive of taxes, customs, and duties. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 7 days before the renewal date. If you start with a free trial, charges will begin after the trial ends unless you cancel on time.
