Pleached Prunus laurocerasus 'Novita' features glorious glossy, large evergreen leaves that provides excellent year-round screening. In spring, scented white flowers add seasonal i nterest, followed later by inedible dark fruits, making this an attractive choice throughout the year. Commonly known as Pleached Cherry Laurel, it is ideal for creating both visual interest and privacy in traditional and contemporary gardens. It is a particularly versatile and reliable evergreen, well suited to most soil types except chalky soils. 'Novita' performs best in full sun or partial shade, while also tolerating shadier positions.
