Galvanized steel tail light mount for a Pletscher rear rack we used to sell. But it works just as good on some other racks and for mounting a tail light on other places on your bik e. Bolt this mount to a rack braze-on to mount the light vertically. Mount a dynamo rear light to your fender by drilling a hole and bolting this to it.
