The Plinth Ottoman moves with the quiet authority of a well-considered architectural element, its generous proportions — thirty-eight and a half inches wide, set low at sixteen inc hes — lending it the grounded, horizontal presence of a plinth in the truest sense. Constructed of layered hardwood and beech, the piece achieves a structural integrity that is felt as much as seen, while the Truffle finish imparts a depth of tone that reads beautifully against both pale linens and richer upholstery. From the THEO by Theodore Alexander collection, it occupies that rare space between functional object and sculptural statement, equally resolved as a footrest, a surface, or a room's quiet anchor.
