It can be used as a bedside table, as a coffee table, as a podium to display a plant, or even just a surface to rest ones’ keys. In all instances, the honed marble carries an air of sophistication and elegance to elevate any space. Available in three sizes, Plinth is constructed from five 2cm thick marble plates, which are cut and have their edges are milled at 45-degree angles, before being glued together in mitre joints. The corners are reinforced with excess marble repurposed from the production process. The bottom plate is made from MDF, onto which adjustable glides are fastened. The cubic version is ideal for use as a marble side table or bedside table. Plinth is also available as a tall and low version.
