Rich and nutty, layered with subtle citrus and floral notes, gently savoury on the finish with a hint of pickled plum. Plón is made by hand in small batches – developed with Raphael Reichardt and Tim Schmidt, exclusively for Tim Raue restaurant. This is how it works best Keep refrigerated, shake well, serve chilled or over ice, and enjoy within 3 days after opening. Great on its own – or as a dessert. Its nutty body, gentle acidity and savoury finish make it a surprisingly rounded end to a meal. If it arrives by post: let it settle in the fridge for a bit. Then it’s ready.
