Super fast, it is not necessary with this system to slide the crampons on the side of the binding to put it in place!All you hav e to do is position the crampon at a 90 degree angle above the binding.Less wear and tear during placement hence less risk of breaking the crampon. The rotation of the crampon must be free and without resistance.
