PM 96 is the ideal machine for large restaurants, laboratories and canteens. Sturdy and easy to use, indispensable for anyone who wants to obtain various shapes of pasta with or without eggs in a short time, colored: red with tomato or beetroot, green with spinach, brown with cocoa depending on the chef's imagination. The PM 96 model is equipped with a water cooling system in the extrusion tube which allows to maintain a constant temperature and therefore improve the quality of the product. PM 96 features The capacity of the kneading vat is 12 kg of dough. Its hourly extrusion production is 25-30 kg of pasta depending on the format to be produced. Built with high quality components, bowl, screw and mixer in stainless steel. Easily removable screw and mixer for cleaning. The machine does not require maintenance except for the normal cleaning operations recommended at the end of each process. Equipped with standard dies, pasta basket, automatic pasta cutter for short pasta, trolley on wheels with fan, cleaning accessories, keys, dispenser for liquids and instruction manual.
