Directions: Gradually apply to abdomen, chest and back as needed. During your menstrual cycle, massage the oil on your abdomen to experience a soothing and calming feeling. May be used aromatically by applying a small amount to pulse points. Take deep breaths and repeat as needed daily. Apply topically to the back of the neck, on temples, and bottoms of feet.
