The Parachute Madame X (aka PMX) is an attractor that is one of the highest floating and most visible flies out there. This allows it to easily support tungsten weighted nymphs as the anchor of a dry-dropper setup. Its thin profile and rubber legs effectively mimics large stoneflies (golden stones, skwalas, etc.), grasshoppers, and other terrestrials.
