Alchemia brings more texture and intrigue, with a rounder mouthfeel, layered fruit, and a slightly more aromatic, expressive profile. It sits in the middle of the trio — less linear, more playful, with a touch of complexity that shows up as it opens in the glass. Saint Martin completes the box with a more classic, structured profile — firmer on the palate, more restrained aromatically, and built around balance and precision. It adds depth and grounding to the selection, giving the box a clear sense of progression from fresh to structured.
