Our Pocket Dionysos Statue is a unique statue carved and casted by your local trickster spirits. The original design was hand-carved by us before being casted in genuine natural ma terials using the same process as most pagan statuary. The design features Dionysos in the center of a frame with a twining border, inspired by curling ivy. In his long, curling hair, ivy leaves and grapes are nestled at his temples. Over one shoulder lays the leopard pelt he is so often depicted with in ancient imagery. He is currently available in the following materials: Bonded alabaster Bonded charcoal Bonded copper carbonate Bonded cobalt: bonded cobalt has a gentle purple-blue hue that is difficult to see in photographs, but is reminiscent of the grapes and wine sacred to Dionysos Each statue is hand-painted with black and gold to highlight his features.
