The leash itself is made out of Spectra fiber, which is an incredibly strong, non-toxic synthetic fiber used to produce body armor. Despite it's narrow size, it holds over 300lbs. The result is a very small dog leash that can be tucked away in a change pocket when not in use. Most importantly, Harry seems to like it. Walking on Harry's favorite route, you can see how the leash is held. The spool fits in the palm of your hand, and the leash extends between your index and middle finger. This is surprisingly comfortable and secure. If you're looking for a more a convenient and compact option for walking your dog, I think you'll enjoy the Pocket Leash.
