PODEROSA was born from the dream of two Colombian food lovers who wanted to share a little piece of their culture with Australia. Inspired by the traditional Latin American arepa — a golden corn cake, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside — our arepas are generously filled with fresh salad, creamy avocado, carefully selected meats, pickled onions, chilli mayo and, of course, plenty of cheese.
