Tasting Notes This Pinot Noir was grown at our Melanson vineyard and matured for 9 months in French oak. Refined aromas of preserved cherry and strawberry, baking spices and hits o f vanilla give way to fresh and vibrant flavours of cherry mixed with notes of raspberry followed by a lengthy finish. Pair with Light-bodied with an elegant structure and subtle tannins, enjoy this wine with pasta, dishes featuring either duck, pork or salmon, or roasted root vegetables. Show more
