Canopy Camera to suit RVM966 Mirror Monitor DVR by Polaris Polaris Canopy Camera – Perfect for Utes with Canopies The Polaris canopy camera is the ideal solution for utes with canopies. With a perfectly balanced size—not too big or too small—it can be mounted higher up on your canopy, unlike traditional number plate-mounted cameras. This higher positioning provides an excellent rear view, especially when your visibility is obstructed. The canopy camera integrates seamlessly with most of our equipment (see notes below for the two available versions). Features Wide-Angle Coverage: Equipped with a high-resolution lens, the Canopy Camera offers a 110° field of view, capturing more of your vehicle’s surroundings than ever before. Perfect for ute canopies, it minimises blind spots and enhances situational awareness. Seamless Integration: Designed to work effortlessly with our Mirror Monitor DVR, the Canopy Camera provides a cohesive user experience. Installation is straightforward, and the camera’s feed is directly accessible through the Mirror Monitor interface. High Definition Video: Enjoy crystal-clear video quality with AHD resolution, allowing you to see every detail clearly. Whether you’re reversing, changing lanes, or parking, the Canopy Camera provides the clarity you need for precision manoeuvring. Durable Construction: Built to withstand the elements, the Canopy Camera features a robust, weatherproof design. It is resistant to rain, dust, and extreme temperatures, ensuring reliable performance in all conditions. Adjustable Mounting Options: The flexible mounting system allows for easy installation in various locations on your ute. Important Notes before choosing which version you need Both versions of our canopy camera share the same appearance and technical specifications, with one key difference: the signal format. Both cameras use AHD signals, but one operates at 25Hz (PAL) and the other at 30Hz (NTSC). This distinction is crucial when pairing the camera with an existing system. Canopy Camera AHD, 25Hz (PAL): Compatible only with our RVM966 Mirror Dash Camera system. Canopy Camera AHD, 30Hz (NTSC): Works with a range of Polaris gear, including: RVM73 Mirror Mount Rear Vision Monitor EV70 LCD: 7″ Rear Vision Monitor Our brand-new CM50 AHD Monitor All Polaris head units.
