Not all glass panels are cut the same. These hinge panels are specifically manufactured with two pre-cut hinge recesses to suit the Polaris and Atlantic premium soft close hinge se ts, the same hinges used on high end residential and commercial pool fence installations across Australia. If you're investing in a premium soft close hinge at this level, the panel needs to match. Using a standard panel without the correct recess means the hinge won't sit flush, the gate won't operate correctly and the finished result won't look the way it should. These panels take that problem off the table entirely.
