We are offering a stronger product than the OEM that often cracks due to load. We've introduced stainless steel shims on both sides of the OEM mounting brackets, which are welded t o the chassis. Chassis welding can sometimes cause brackets to deform, with variations of up to 1/8" on certain chassis. To counteract this, we've developed a shim kit that accommodates all scenarios. By incorporating these shims, the brackets assume a more relaxed position during diff installation, eliminating undue stress and mitigating the risk of factory bracket cracking.
