Pollinator Verge flowers across a long season, but is especially rich in spring pollen and nectar supply, providing a significant food source for bees and other pollinators. This meadow makes a delightful feature either side of hard or grassed paths, as well as a gentle and interesting transition between a path and taller meadow plantings. Whilst not essential, this is a meadow that responds especially well to additional mid-season cuts, helping to and keep the overall height of the display to a more distinctive lawn-like level, and promoting fresh foliage and flowers later in the year.
