The internal channel is designed for the purpose of supporting heavyweight of multi-tiered cakes using proper vertical doweling technique inside each tier of the cake. Available in 2 sizes: Small Poly-Dowel: Length 30cm, diameter 0.5cm (12" by 0.2") Large Poly-Dowel: Length 40.6cm, diameter 1.58cm (16" by 5/8") . Poly-Dowels® are special designed plastic dowels for building stacked and tiered cakes. Standard size for use in stacking of up to 3 tier small cakes.
