Poly Suga® Mulse D9 is a non-irritant emulsifier and fragrance solubilizer. It is hydrophilic, freely soluble in water and soluble in varying degrees in organic liquids. - It is suitable for oil-in-water (O/W) emulsification and dispersion of fragrances and all types of oils.- It is 1,4-dioxane-, PEG- and EO-free.- It is easy to handle, can be cold or hot processed and stable over a broad pH range.- It is compatible with nonionic, cationic and anionic surfactants and is effective in systems with relatively high levels of electrolyte, acid, or base.- It is stable in hydrogen peroxide.- It finds applications in formulating fragrance in all systems, perfumed waters and essential oils, deodorants & after shaves, skin care products, shampoos, hair gels, body washes and wipes.
