The Poly Sync 20+ UC (B95VKAA#AC3) is a compact Bluetooth and USB-C/A personal speakerphone for individual desk use and small meeting rooms, delivering clear hands-free audio for softphone and UC calls. Its 3-microphone array picks up voices up to 2 meters away, the rechargeable battery provides up to 20 hours of talk time, and USB-C/A connectivity covers both new and legacy laptops. The "+ UC" designation means it includes the BT700 USB Bluetooth dongle for wider Bluetooth compatibility alongside the native Bluetooth connection. The Telecom Spot Take The Sync 20+ is the right pick for individual knowledge workers or small 2–3 person huddle rooms who need a quality hands-free speakerphone without the size or cost of a room system. The BT700 dongle included with the "+" variants makes a real difference in Bluetooth performance on PCs with weaker internal Bluetooth — it consistently outperforms built-in PC Bluetooth for range and stability. The 20-hour battery covers extended use and the USB-C/A dual cable means it works out of the box on any laptop or docking station without adapters. For larger rooms (4+ participants around a table), step up to the Sync 40. Key Features 3-Mic Steerable Array: Picks up voices up to 2 m (6.5 ft) away — covers individual desk use and 2–3 person huddle rooms effectively. Up to 20 Hours Battery: Full-day and multi-day use between charges for desk or mobile deployments. BT700 USB Dongle Included: The "+" variant includes the BT700 Bluetooth adapter for superior wireless range and stability vs. built-in PC Bluetooth. USB-C/A Connectivity: Dual cable covers both USB-C and USB-A ports — no adapter needed for any laptop or docking station. UC Certified: Works with Teams, Zoom, Webex, and other major UC platforms. Portable Design: Compact footprint and included carry case for desk-to-meeting-room or travel use.
