Poly transmission mounts are a great way to tighten up your shifting experience. We have tested many mounts over the years and believe Revshift makes the best poly mounts in the business. By replacing your rubber transmission mounts with poly, it reduces the amount of motion the transmission goes through during hard acceleration and quick stops. We recommend to match your motor mount hardness with your transmission mounts. (ie. 95a poly transmission mounts + 95a poly motor mounts). These trans mounts fit almost all BMW cars excluding the E30 M3 and a few older models. They commonly fit the E30, E36, E46, E9x, E8x, E21, E34, E39. Hardness80A black: Slightly stiffer and stronger than OEM rubber. No additional NVH. Great choice as an upgraded stock replacement (OEM+).95A green: Significantly stiffer and stronger than OEM rubber. Minor increase in NVH. Excellent for enthusiastically driven street cars and track cars.70D TEAL: Drastically stiffer and stronger than OEM rubber. Moderate increase in NVH. Most commonly used on dedicated track cars.(NVH = noise, vibration, harmonics)
