Polyend Drums is a hybrid analog/digital drum machine combining four analog voices, digital synthesis, and sample-based engines in an 8-track instrument designed for deep sequencing and performance. It uses SSI-based analog circuitry per voice with dual oscillators, noise generation, filtering, and VCA shaping, alongside a large library of digital and sample instruments for expanded sonic range. The sequencer is central: up to 64-step patterns, probability, micro-timing, parameter locks, polyrhythms, pattern chaining, and generative tools enable complex evolving rhythms. Performance tools include real-time pattern switching, morphing between kit states via an X/Y control interface, and extensive per-track modulation. The hardware is built as a premium unit with a single-piece aluminium chassis, dedicated controls, multiple audio outputs, MIDI I/O, stereo input, and internal high-resolution audio processing aimed at studio and live use. Key Features: Hybrid drum machine with 4 analog voices and digital/sample engines SSI-based analog voice architecture with dual oscillators and noise source 8-track sequencing engine with deep per-track control 64-step patterns with chaining and song structure support Probability, micro-timing, and parameter locks per step Polyrhythmic sequencing and independent track lengths Real-time performance tools for live pattern switching and variation X/Y morphing for dynamic kit and sound transformation Multiple audio outputs plus MIDI in/out for integration High-resolution internal processing with studio and live performance focus
