Moisture absorption can cause excessive aeration in cast parts. Handling Precautions: Avoid direct contact with the substance and ensure there is sufficient ventilation in the work area. Do not handle in confined spaces or allow the formation/spread of mists in the air. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including protective gloves, eye protection, and suitable clothing to prevent skin and eye contact. Storage Requirements: Store both components in their original, unopened containers at temperatures between 20°C and 25°C. Keep containers tightly closed when not in use to prevent moisture contamination. PolyForge® Component B may crystallise if stored below 20°C. Operational Safety: Large quantities of the mixed material will produce more heat (exotherm) and gel faster than smaller amounts.
