(aka: Fallopia japonica 'Variegata') This spectacular Mexican bamboo has heart-shaped leaves that are frosted with white freckles. Although this polygonum is called a very slow spr eader, ours has remained in a semi-clump (sandy soil). We have also found this selection to be virtually sterile in terms of seed production.
