The PolyPhoenix modular distillation range are primarily made out of a material called PPSU.This material is 100% safe with hot alcohol vapour that will not leech any chemicals int o your product.When paired with the PolyPhoenix Air Still, you're now eliminating the need for a water supply! There is of course but one consideration to going to an airstill on a larger boiler.
