This wonderful fern hybrid of the Australian Polystichum proliferum and the Asian-American Polystichum braunii produces robust-growing, deer-resistant clumps to 2' tall x 3' wide. Clumps of Polystichum x dycei are composed of sturdy, 30" long, slightly arching, dark green fronds which in fall produce new plants at the end of the fronds by proliferation.
