After resisting for so long we've finally decided to make a pomodoro (tomato) sauce for you to enjoy. The ingredient list is simple and really allows the quality of each to shine t hrough. We use organic garlic in this preparation, from our friends at Taproot Farm (Shoemakersville, PA). The tomatoes in this batch are from First Field tomatoes (New Jersey) which lend a bright and rich flavor to the sauce. Pair this with any of our pasta.
