Pure, high-quality pectin for your jamming needs. No added sweeteners, no preservatives, no fillers. This low-methoxyl citrus pectin is specially formulated for making low sugar jam & jelly. Pamona's are a small, one-product, family-owned business. Pomona’s Universal Pectin got its start in 1980 on Pragtree Farm in Arlington, Washington. Farmers Brian Saunders and Connie Sumberg had an abundance of organic fruit. Brian wanted to make jam, but was horrified at the amount of sugar required. Other uses: aspic, jello, sorbet, yogurt, jelled pie, milk + fruit candy. If you’re trying to reduce the amount of sugar in your diet, you’ll love Pomona’s. Now you can make healthy, homemade jam sweetened to your taste. Pamona's makes thick jam and jelly with rich full flavour undiluted by large amounts of sugar. Sugar Free | Gluten Free | Vegan | Non GMO | Kosher | Preservative Free Ingredients: 1 packet low methoxyl citrus pectin and 1 packet monocalcium phosphate. No sugar or preservatives.
