Pomona’s Universal Pectin is a 100% pure low-methoxyl citrus pectin, specially formulated for making low-sweetener jam and jelly. Pomona’s is vegan and free from sugar, preservativ es, dextrose, GMOs, and gluten. There are no additives or apple by-products. Pomona’s is made in Denmark by extracting the pectin from the dried peel of lemon, lime, and orange after the fruit has been juiced and the oil has been pressed out of the peel.
