Domaine du Paradis – Pont des Soupirs (Rouge) (Satigny · Genève AOC)This expressive red blend from the Mandement plateau in Satigny combines finesse and structure in equal measure. Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Gamaret. Bouquet: Deep garnet-red in hue, the wine features aromas of black cherry and griottes, with pronounced notes of licorice, anise and a hint of vanilla. Palate: Warm, rich and layered—ample dark fruit, soft yet structured tannins, and a generous finish that enfolds with velvety intensity. Vinification: Hand-harvested from Guyot-trained vines; the cuvée is aged 12 months in barriques to hone texture and deepen complexity.
