Balance the pH, total alkalinity, and calcium hardness levels. Treat water with pool chemicals for opening. One week later, add entire quart bottle of Open-Close directly to the pool. POOL CLOSING WITH COVERTreat the pool as normal for the offseason and circulate. Drain water level to winterizing levels. Add one quart of Open-Close directly to the pool. 1 quart treats up to 20,000 gallons of water. Brush pool walls then cover.
