This nostalgic variety is similar to the Extra Large Caramel Type and Baby Yellow. It is delicious served “movie theater style,” with butter and salt, or with a variety of seasonings and glazes. Extra Large Caramel Type ~Its large size and crispy texture make it perfect for sweet glazes. It is delicious with butter and seasonings as well. For best results pop at a higher temperature. Mushroom ~ Pops into a circular or mushroom shape and is larger and crunchier. Mushroom popcorn is perfect for fun recipes like caramel corn and pairs well with a variety of seasonings and glazes. This popcorn is not hulless. For best results pop at a higher temperature. This creates more mushroom-shaped kernels and leaves less un-popped corn. Ladyfinger ~ Hulless, small, and tender, it has been said to “melt in your mouth” and is perfect for people with sensitive teeth.
