An automobile... actually the iconic Porsche 911. That's like having Marilyn Monroe as an artist's first model.I approached this subject as I do with all my works. I observe and joyfully analyze the interesting shapes, values, colors. As I detail in my latest International Artist article, I knew that if I'm doing a Porsche 911, I better get it right. Why? Because my friend Ryan, who owns this car, has connections to thousands of Porsche owners and I'm sure they'll be viewing this Debut by Brown.No, I don't paint to make others happy, but when a subject is uniquely individual, one wants to get it right..... in a personal, artistic way.Well, from the first stroke, I was in a state of fascination.
