Rustic and delicious bone-in pork chops. Much thicker than what you can ordinarily get in Japan, and with plenty of marbling, these huge old-fashioned pork chops are perfect grilled or pan fried. Juicy and full of flavour, we recommend cooking these simply with salt and pepper. A few fresh vegetables on the side and you have yourself a simple yet wholesome meal. With them being so thick, the ideal way to prepare them is to parcook them in a low oven to around 50°c (122°f) internal temp, and then give them a good sear with a hot grill or cast iron pan. You can cook them from raw with the grill or pan, but if so the heat should be low, gradually raising to high to finish. Chops are 400g+ each. Ships frozen. Ineligible for discounts. Label
