It's fully cooked and ready to eat (but thaw it f irst for best results). Comes frozen. $10.00/lb. Ingredients: Pork cured with water, salt, brown sugar, monosodium glutamate, spice extractives, sodium phosphates, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite. *If your delivery order contains meat and you won't be home to receive it, please leave out a cooler.* We will deliver Thursday evening, between 5:00-8:30 p.m. M.A.D. Farms is "Making A Difference" with their woodland-raised American Guinea Hog pork. The hogs root around and forage in the wooded areas of the farm and also have access to a non-GMO feed.
