This uncured ham roast from M.A.D. Farm is cut from the hind leg of the pig and is similar to a pork shoulder roast. Try it cooked with a spice rub or in a flavorful liquid like ap ple juice or beer. Comes frozen. $8.50/lb. *If your delivery order contains meat and you won't be home to receive it, please leave out a cooler.* We will deliver Thursday evening, between 5:00-8:30 p.m. M.A.D.
