Pork Shoulder roast from our pasture raised pigs. 2-4 lbs, see weight variant when ordering. This product comes frozen and uncooked. Our pigs enjoy rooting for food, and grazing of f land. Being out in the sunshine and fresh air is good for the animals and produces excellent meat. We practice rotational grazing and environmentally sustainable practice with no hormones, or chemicals, or routine medications.
